Small caps have run hard of late and might now pause to catch their breath.

There is likely to be some retreat as there are many over bought at this stage. Just check out the  high PE ratios to see which shares are over bought. A good idea is to buy only shares with good updates .Today ADI came out with a very good update and it might be a good idea to purchase.
